Text Notifications are mobile text messages pertaining to TheStationeryStudio.com order confirmation, shipping and delivery, order updates, and more.
How to sign up for Text Notifications
You can sign up for Text Notifications the following ways:
1) Sign up on the Shipping Address page, or
2) Sign up on the final Checkout page, or
3) Sign up under "Your Account > Notifications"

Will I be charged for text messages?
Your mobile carrier's rates apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
How do I opt out of Text Notifications?
Here are the different ways you can opt out:
1) Text the word “STOP” to (847) 996-9240 to be opted out of all future Text Notifications. Standard carrier rates apply. You can resubscribe by texting “START” to the same number.
2) Sign up on the final Checkout page, or
3) Sign up under “Your Account > Notifications”

What if I deactivate or change my mobile number?
The Stationery Studio customers who wish to change their mobile number or deactivate their phone number must contact The Stationery Studio to report their change in status so that The Stationery Studio may discontinue sending text messages to the opted-in mobile number.

Can I receive Text Notifications with any wireless carrier?
Text Notifications are compatible with all major wireless carriers, including:
- AT&T
- Verizon Wireless (not mobile downloads)
- Sprint
- T-Mobile®
- Metro PCS
- Alltel
- U.S. Cellular®
- Many other smaller/regional carriers
- Conditions
- You have agreed to receive Text Notifications from TSS -- messages to your mobile phone/device regarding the status of an online order. Your mobile number will be used to communicate with you regarding the status of your order.
- You understand and agree that the messages sent to your mobile phone/device may be generated using automated dialing technology. Your consent to receive messages is not required to make a purchase.
- Message and Data Rates May Apply. Your mobile carrier's rates apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
- Recurring number of messages per transaction.
- The Stationery Studio will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any messages sent to your mobile phone device as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
- Data obtained from you in connection with this service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier's name, the date, time and content of your messages and other information you provide to us in connection with your order. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
- The service is available on these US carriers only: AT&T, T Mobile®, Metro PCS, Sprint, Verizon Wireless, Nextel, U.S. Cellular®, Cincinnati Bell, and others.
