Sometimes you just want a stack of small notepads around.  Notepads have 100 sheets per pad. Your choice of nine 3" x 5" pads or six 4" x 6" pads. Flat printed in your choice of ink color, typestyle and stock color. Positioning only as shown.  

Wording "A NOTE FROM" will always appear as shown.
